Carlson Machine & Rebuild Inc. is dedicated to assist all of our customer's needs with a full service modern Machine Shop and Welding/Fabrication facility. Our goal is to support the Industrial, Agricultural and Commercial Industries by manufacturing a quality product to meet all all your requirements and needs.

Since 1973 Carlson Machine & Rebuild has experienced constant positive growth in manufacturing and repair. Our facilities utilize modern equipment including lathes, vertical milling machines, horizontal boring mills, radial drills, hydraulic presses, a hydraulic cylinder hone and assembly table and driveline building equipment.

We have a full service shop of fabrication equipment: mig, tig, stick arc welders and a bore welder compliment our facility. Two plasma cutting/gouging machines, drill/mill, radial drill, 20' cast iron assembly table, hydraulic press, iron worker and a 10' sheet metal brake press.

AWS Welding Standards, guidelines and an in house QA plan ensure a quality product is supplied to support our customer's needs.

A full service truck is available to meet all your needs to get your equipment up and running with minimal down time in the field. Our trucks are equipped with a bore welder and boring bars, welders, tools and an experienced team to get the job done right the first time.

We offer all types of road and construction equipment repair: bulldozer, earthmover, heavy equipment rebuilding of track frames, cushion hitches, ripper frame and welding repair of loader buckets, blades and all earth moving equipment.

We also perform bore welding and machining of pin and shaft bores and facing holes from 1.25" to 24" Special applications over 24" can be also accomplished with minimal down time.
